Live availability and rates and automated booking delivery
Welcome Connect knows exactly how many rooms you have free on any given date and reacts to changes in availability if, for example, a telephone booking is entered into the Welcome booking system by hotel staff. This means an end to the laborious task of manually updating each of your agency websites with your latest availability. The same is true for your rates, which are automatically transferred to each agency (or 'sales channel', as they are commonly known these days).
Potential guests who find you on Laterooms, for example, will have access to your live room inventory and, if they place a booking, the reservation will automatically transfer itself to your reservation chart without you having to lift a finger. No more emails or faxes!
Web-based management console
The Welcome Connect management console is fully web-based and accessed through your internet browser (i.e. Internet Explorer). This makes the system truly portable as it can be accessed from any PC or Apple Mac with an internet connection.

You are in control
Those fearful of losing control of their hotel's room stock need not worry. Welcome Connect allows you to choose exactly which rates and rooms each sales channel receives and you can block off availability entirely for specific dates with just a few clicks of the mouse in either the Welcome Anywhere or Welcome 21st booking systems.
For example, if you only wish to send a particular agency late availability, you can do so. Similarly, if you have an agreement with an agency whereby you must supply a year's worth of availability, this can be set once and Welcome Connect will do the rest of the work for you. Need to guarantee a certain number of rooms for a particular agent? No problem.
Welcome Connect offers reports for channel performance over any date range. For each active channel you have subscribed to, it will display average lead time, number of bookings, number of room nights, revPAR, total booking value, average room rates and more.
Each report can be exported to a CSV file for further analysis in Microsoft Excel.
