Front desk and back office

At the heart of Welcome 21st is the booking chart. This provides a visual representation of arrivals, departures, stay-ons, future and historical bookings. With a couple of mouse clicks you can access booking details, customer information and invoices. Your hotel inventory is there, instantly, and we can tailor the system's new reservation process, colours, booking types and statuses to match your existing procedures.

Online booking

With the addition of the Welcome Online Booking System, visitors to your hotel website can check live availability and make bookings in a matter of minutes. A few clicks of the mouse from them, and the booking automatically appears on your booking chart. You can also offer optional extras to complement their stay such as champagne on arrival. All this, (and much, much more) for just 3% per booking with no setup fee. (more)

Channel management

Welcome 21st is fully compatible with the Welcome Connect Channel Manager. This automates the transfer of rates and availability to third party agency websites such as Booking.com and Laterooms. Any bookings made via the agency website are automatically transferred to your Welcome reservation chart and you have full control over exactly which rooms and rates each agency receives. You can even set lead times to direct only late availability to the higher-commission channels. (more)

Reporting and ledger accounting

Welcome 21st also offers a set of core reports, allowing hoteliers to report and forecast on a number of key areas including sources of business, top customers, room types and packages. Key performance indicators can be analysed too, with the ability to report on the number of bookings and the resulting revenue generated by each member of staff. 

The Ledger module allows you to create company accounts to which room invoices can be posted at the end of delegate stays. You can print debtors lists, send statements and manage payments and their corresponding invoices all from one screen.

Ledger can also be linked directly to the online booking module, allowing corporate clients to place bookings through your website via their own private login and selection of rates.

Sales and marketing

All guest records are retained forever, detailing their number of previous visits, yea-to-date spend, source of referral, guest type and the date of your last correspondence with them.

The included comprehensive marketing tool allows you to draw up a list of customers based on specific search criteria. For example, if you wish to view all guests that found you via Google, stayed for pleasure and spent over £200, Welcome 21st provides you with a list in a matter of seconds. Printed mail shots can then be produced directly from the system or the customer list exported to a CSV file which can be passed on to a marketing agency or uploaded into an email marketing application.

Easy, powerful rate management

Welcome 21st lets you create simple or complex tariffs which can be configured by date, length of stay, different occupancy types and more. All elements of the packages (i.e. accommodation, breakfast, dinner, etc) are automatically entered into the corresponding sales departments in the end of day banking report, offering detailed analysis on each day's takings. Pre-set rates can be overidden at the time of booking and daily rate overrides for specific dates can be pre-set.

Mid-stay rate, package and occupancy changes can be preset via a few simple clicks of the mouse.

Interfaces

Welcome 21st is compatible with a whole host of third party systems including telephone switchboards (both uni- and bi-directional), Sage, door locks and guest broadband services. (more)
