Live integration with your booking chart
Welcome Online is compatible with the Welcome 21st Property Management System for hotels and the Welcome Anywhere booking system for B&Bs and guesthouses.
Room rates, special offers and packages are published on your website and instantly updated whenever you adjust them in-house. You can set prices from day-to-day, apply restrictions such as minimum stays and offer special rates to corporate customers without alienating new business. Room availability is constantly synchronised with your front desk (for example, if you take a telephone booking) and any bookings made through your website are automatically transferred to the reservation chart.
And dont worry, you have complete control over how much availability you are offering.
Fits seamlessly into your existing website
The online booking system can be integrated into your existing website quickly and is a simple job for most web designers. The booking pages are customised with your branding and don't look like many of the generic online booking systems available. At the end of the booking process, the guest can be automatically redirected to any webpage of your choosing.

The availability chart - show guests the full picture
Many guests can be flexible with their arrival date, and the calendar (see below) will display colour-coded availability for days either side of the arrival date they've searched for. Clicking a different date takes them straight to the tariff for that day. The number of rooms available can either be shown or hidden from view. You might not be able to satisfy their first request, but there's a chance they'll spot another date that takes their fancy.
It's important that you maximise the value of every online booking. Welcome Online makes this easier by allowing you to offer guests optional extras for their stay. These might include champagne on arrival for your romantic packages, room upgrades or even excursion tickets if you have an agreement with a local tourist attraction. The discount code feature allows percentage-based discounts to be offered to guests booking via your website. Codes can be run over certain time periods or activated as and when needed. Particularly useful for seasonal promotions, or web discounts, the codes are entered by the guest during the booking process and automatically deduct the appropriate percentage from the total stay.
When used in conjunction with e-marketing campaigns, discount codes can often be the hook which convinces customers to place their booking with you.
