Developed to integrate seamlessly into the Welcome 21st PMS and EPOS solutions, Welcome Backup silently transfers your reservation and EPOS data to a secure web server every day.

It will also hold up to 5 years-worth of historical data, should you need to look back at old records.

Unlike many off-the-shelf online backup solutions, Welcome Backup runs on a dedicated web server, operated solely by Welcome Computer Systems Ltd. The server is for Welcome customers only and is not shared with any third parties or consumers. This means the fastest upload speeds can be offered, along with a high level of security for your data.

Our Helpdesk staff have direct access to the backup files and will have you up and running in no time, in the unlikely event that should something go wrong.
