Welcome are proud to announce Investors in People Accreditation

This is great news for our customers because it means that we are following proven procedures for handling enquiries and support calls; for carrying out new installations and training; for planning our product developments.  We ask the customers to quantify how successful we are in these activities and we have a business plan which includes steady improvements.

It is also good for our staff because training and development are agreed at regular one-to-one meetings where information flows in both directions.  Everyone here has a part to play in our progress.

From a management point of view we are much better informed because our staff, as well as our customers, are the eyes and ears of the company.  In conjunction with improvements to our premises and the introduction of our own specially designed help desk system, Investors in People represents part of a really worthwhile process of consolidation at Welcome.
