Swinton Park is a 30-bedroom luxury castle hotel situated in Masham, North Yorkshire. The hotel initially installed the Welcome 21st Booking & Billing System, with Telephone Call Logging, on 3 computers to manage the front of house operations when it opened in March 2001. Since that time the hotel’s business has grown year on year and Welcome 21st is now installed on 15 computers, 2 of which also have the integrated QAS PostCode software to ensure the correct entry of customer address details.
In recent years the hotel has added the On-Line Booking facility and ‘Welcome Secure’ which encrypts and stores guest credit card details on a dedicated web server.
The team at Swinton Park Hotel find the Welcome software user-friendly and were recently very complimentary about some additional on-site training that was delivered by Welcome’s engineer Duncan Woodward.
