The Welcome Call Logger allows the cost of guest telephone calls to be posted directly to the clients' bill, without the need for manual posting.

The Welcome System simply connects the computer to the data port on the switchboard. Details of all outgoing calls from the telephone system can be listed on the system printer if required.

There is no need to maintain a special printer and no need to master the controls of an extra gadget.

If your switchboard does not supply metered units, Welcome can provide a module that will calculate the cost of the call on a per second basis, based upon the number dialled, the time of the call and the duration of the call.

All you need is a switchboard with an active V24 port.
